CREDIT MANAGER

Job Overview

DP World is seeking a Credit Manager in Dubai to conduct credit due diligence, underwriting, approval, monitoring and recovery activities for corporate customers. The role manages a portfolio of complex accounts while ensuring adherence to credit policies and minimizing unexpected credit losses.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct credit assessment and due diligence for corporate customers.
• Analyse financial information, business performance and repayment capacity.
• Manage credit approvals, limits, monitoring and portfolio reviews.
• Identify early warning indicators and emerging credit risks.
• Coordinate recovery actions for overdue or stressed accounts.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies, procedures and approval authorities.
• Provide guidance and support to other credit team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Relevant corporate credit, banking, trade credit or risk-management experience.
• Strong financial statement analysis and credit-underwriting skills.
• Good understanding of risk controls, collections and portfolio management.
