The Conduct Risk Associate supports the bank’s Conduct Risk Management Framework and helps monitor conduct-related events, risks and controls. The role offers an entry point into risk management for an analytical early-career professional who is willing to learn and contribute to a customer-focused control environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with implementation and ongoing operation of the Conduct Risk Management Framework.
- Support the collection and review of conduct risk information, incidents and loss events.
- Maintain accurate records and help ensure that event information is complete and appropriately classified.
- Coordinate with business and control teams to obtain details and follow up on open items.
- Help prepare summaries and routine management information for conduct risk oversight.
- Escalate unusual patterns, missing information or potential customer impact through the established process.
- Maintain confidentiality and build knowledge of conduct risk tools, policies and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
