Key Responsibilities

- Track operating costs and performance against budget while protecting quality and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure team members follow legal obligations, responsible-service requirements and hotel procedures.
- Respond to guest feedback and work with culinary and service teams to improve the overall experience.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience supervising beverage or food-and-beverage operations in a busy hospitality setting is relevant.
- Leadership, planning and communication skills are important for coordinating staff and service delivery.
- Candidates should be comfortable with stock management, cost controls and operational records.
- Professional judgement and consistent attention to compliance and guest satisfaction are expected.
