Associate Vice President, Cash Management Implementation Manager

Job Overview

Own end-to-end implementation of corporate cash-management and digital transaction-banking solutions, coordinating onboarding, connectivity, testing, migration and client readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation for Corporate Online Banking, H2H, SFTP/API connectivity, liquidity, wallets, payments, collections and virtual accounts.
• Translate client requirements into implementation plans, configurations and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate internal Product, Technology, Operations, Sales and client teams.
• Manage integration testing, UAT, certification and production readiness.
• Ensure connectivity, file formats, controls and security requirements are correctly implemented.
• Track implementation risks, dependencies, issues and service levels.
• Support client training, documentation and transition to business-as-usual service.
• Improve implementation processes, templates and governance to reduce time to market.

Candidate Requirements

• Relevant experience in cash-management implementation, transaction banking, corporate online banking or related functions.
• Strong understanding of H2H, SFTP/API connectivity, payments, collections, liquidity and virtual accounts.
• Excellent project management, stakeholder coordination and client-facing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant qualification preferred.
