Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in customer support, retail, after-sales service or a related customer-facing role.
- Patient communication and ability to handle complaints with care and professionalism.
- Good record keeping, follow-up habits and attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate with colleagues and manage several open customer requests.
