Account Manager – Aviation Partner Solutions

Transguard Group is looking for an Account Manager – Aviation Partner Solutions in Dubai to manage and develop aviation-related client accounts. The role is responsible for retaining and enhancing existing revenue, identifying growth opportunities, maintaining strong client partnerships, and coordinating with the operations team to deliver contracted services. The position also works closely with finance, payroll, demand planning, recruitment, transport, accommodation, and HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop account revenue by identifying new opportunities within existing and potential aviation relationships.
• Understand contract commercial terms and ensure service delivery remains within agreed boundaries.
• Prepare operational and financial reporting and monitor billable versus non-billable staffing.
• Track billing, collections, contract variations, and SLA/KPI performance.
• Maintain regular client meetings and site visits to assess service quality and resolve issues.
• Plan workforce requirements and schedules around client demand and operational peaks.
• Coordinate staff mobilization, induction, mandatory training, attendance, and performance management.
• Encourage process improvements, staff development, service innovation, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in a similar industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related discipline.
• Financial acumen is an advantage; IATA or IOSH certification is beneficial.
• Strong communication, relationship-management, commercial, and coordination skills.
