Account Manager-Aviation Partner Solutions

Transguard Group is seeking an Account Manager – Aviation Partner Solutions to join its Aviation team in Dubai. The position focuses on protecting and growing client accounts while ensuring contracted services are delivered accurately, consistently, and within agreed commercial and operational parameters. The role acts as a key link between aviation clients, operations, finance, payroll, recruitment, demand planning, transport, accommodation, and HR teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client contracts and identify opportunities for revenue growth and account development.
• Monitor commercial performance, billable and non-billable staffing, monthly billing, collections, and contract variations.
• Maintain SLA and KPI performance and prepare operational and financial reports for management reviews.
• Build strong client relationships through regular meetings, site visits, performance reviews, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate workforce planning, schedules, mobilization, training, attendance, and operational requirements.
• Monitor team performance and support continuous improvement, staff engagement, and service quality.
• Work with internal departments to ensure accurate data, smooth delivery, and timely responses to client needs.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• Strong commercial and financial understanding; IATA or IOSH qualification is advantageous.
