Job Purpose

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong experience in B2B and B2C lead generation. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise across SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, social media, email marketing, and analytics. This role is based in Dubai, UAE and requires hands-on execution of campaigns to drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

  • Drive B2C and B2B lead generation campaigns using SEO, SEM, social media, email, WhatsApp API, and SMS marketing.
  • Plan and execute social media paid campaigns with optimization strategies to minimize cost per click (CPC) while maximizing conversions.
  • Develop and manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid platforms.

Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Create and optimize landing pages for better conversion rates.
  • Conduct keyword research and improve targeted keyword rankings with effective on-page & off-page SEO strategies.
  • Develop compelling ad copy and bidding strategies to drive engagement and leads.

Content & Creative Coordination

  • Work closely with designers (in-house and agencies) to produce content-driven campaigns.
  • Contribute to content creation for social media, email, and ad campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics across the full marketing funnel.
  • Build data models, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Use Google Analytics and CRM tools to track effectiveness of campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing campaigns, demand generation, and paid media execution (must).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and Display campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Strong content creation skills with the ability to deliver engaging and targeted campaigns.
  • Bilingual (English & Arabic) preferred.
