About the Role
A well-established organization in Dubai is seeking a skilled Desktop Support / End User Support Engineer with strong hands-on technical abilities. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing user systems, diagnosing issues efficiently, and ensuring smooth IT operations across multiple platforms.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
• Strong background in on-site IT and desktop support
• Expertise in Desktop Support operations, asset management, and patching activities
• Working knowledge of basic networking with L1/L2 troubleshooting skills
• Experience handling O365 tasks such as user creation, mailbox setup, and license assignment
• Ability to manage daily technical concerns including installations, setups, and configuration tasks
• Responsible for IT asset documentation, tracking, and inventory upkeep
• Provide comprehensive on-site support for hardware, software, and network matters
Additional Requirement
• Valid UAE Driver’s License (mandatory)
