We are seeking a dedicated People & Talent Executive to join our Noon Minutes team. In this role, you will be instrumental in attracting and retaining top talent for our operations team on the Noon Minutes platform, while also providing essential HR support. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with a proven track record in high-volume, blue-collar recruitment and experience in organizing successful open-day hiring events to hire and attract the best candidates. Alongside recruitment responsibilities, you will provide comprehensive HR support to the operations team, including handling employee relations, driving engagement initiatives, and delivering day-to-day assistance to ensure a positive employee experience.

  • Drive high-volume recruitment for blue-collar roles within the operations team, ensuring timely hires to meet dynamic business needs.
  • Organize and manage open-day recruitment events and job fairs, effectively sourcing large candidate pools.
  • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, creating targeted candidate profiles.
  • Continuously develop networks and partnerships to actively build a strong pipeline of candidates.
  • Communicate with managers and employees regularly to promote referral programs and internal mobility opportunities.
  • Creatively look for ways to increase the efficiency of the hiring process.
  • Strong stakeholder management; build relationships with line managers and business leaders to understand and meet their respective teams or divisions' hiring needs.
  • Create weekly/monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics and share them with the management team.
  • Represent the company at recruiting events (i.e., college job fairs), providing company/job information, and interviewing applicants.
  • Represent and take the lead for internal TA training sessions.
  • Conduct professional reference checks and manage the offer letter process.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to the operations team, addressing employee queries, concerns, and issues promptly.
  • Assist with employee relations by mediating conflicts, promoting a positive work environment, and supporting employee well-being.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives aimed at improving morale and retention within the operations team.
  • Assist with administrative HR tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing leave requests, and managing attendance.


What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or any related field
  • Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Ability to operate across and manage multiple roles/functions at one time.
  • Previous experience managing a large number of roles at one time.
  • Experience working for a tech, start-up, e-commerce business is preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of various recruiting techniques, and experience in online/social media recruiting.
  • Passion and understanding of employer branding trends.
  • Must possess excellent oral/written communication, marketing, presentation, interviewing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter- has the ability to work independently as well as with the wider team.
  • Highly collaborative with a can-do attitude.
  • Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Proven ability in working under high pressure, target-oriented job profile with a successful track record
