Description
Job Profile:
The Marketing Executive will be developing integrated marketing campaigns and supporting the Marketing Manager in all tasks. To be successful in this position you should be capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and showing amazing attention to detail.
Other:
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing strategies.
- Identify activation opportunities across channels and recommend innovative solutions.
- Liaise with internal team members (service team, brand team, etc.) as well as external teams (agencies, influencers and communities).
Job Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Planning
- Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal trends.
- Collaborate with design, video, and copywriting to ensure content is timely, relevant, and platform-optimized (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
- Plan and schedule posts using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs (doctors, promotions, events) into a unified content pipeline.
- Monitor platform trends and audience behavior to inform creative direction and content frequency.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and visual identity across all channels.
- Work closely with the media buying team to align organic and paid content strategies.
- Analyze performance of past content and adjust planning based on engagement and reach metrics.
2.Graphic Design
Create on-brand visuals, social-media posts, infographics and ad creatives using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and/or Canva.- CMS Development
- Implement content and layout updates, troubleshoot interactions, and ensure responsiveness within Webflow.
- SEO & Website Management
- Possesses a strategic understanding of SEO and as a core driver of visibility and organic growth—applying on-page optimization, keyword alignment, content structuring, and metadata enhancement across all digital assets to ensure discoverability, engagement, and long-term brand authority in search ecosystems. Also AEO – Answer Engine Optimization, and Generative Engines optimization.
- Media Buying & Ad Operations
- Plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok and programmatic channels.
- Analytics & Tool Integration
- Configure and maintain tracking (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, CRM integrations), and translate data into actionable insights.
- Video Editing & Production
- Edit short-form and long-form videos (cutting, color correction, motion graphics), suitable for Reels, Stories, YouTube and web.
- Script Writing & Storyboarding
- Draft concise, engaging scripts and develop storyboards for doctor interviews, explainers, testimonials and awareness pieces.
- Content Planning & Calendar Management
- Develop monthly content calendars, align topics with campaign goals and health observances, and coordinate cross-channel publishing schedules.
- AI-Powered Workflow
- Employ AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, Sora) for copy drafts, creative ideation, automated reporting, and design augmentation.

Required Skills & Attributes
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work in both Adobe Suite and Canva
- Fluent in English is a must
- Proven experience editing live Webflow sites
- Hands-on with media-buying platforms and ad-optimization best practices
- Solid understanding of web analytics setup, dashboards and KPI reporting
- Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
- Excellent writing skills in English (script and social copy)
- Highly organized, with an ability to manage a dynamic content calendar
- Comfortable adopting and experimenting with emerging AI tools
Education:
- Bachelor's in Marketing or Equivalent
Qualification / Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven 3-4 years’ experience in marketing roles, with a focus on public relations and media management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry practices and regulations is a plus.
- Creative thinking skills
- Proficient user of MS Office (Excel, PPT, etc.)
- Preferably, the candidate has previous experience in healthcare marketing.
