Assistant Manager, Medical Representation – Abu Dhabi

A field-based medical nutrition position with Nestlé Health Science covering Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on ethical communication of Nestlé Health Science products, territory development and relationship building with healthcare professionals, institutions, pharmacies and other relevant stakeholders. The position combines medical knowledge, commercial discipline, market intelligence and compliant field execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor medical nutrition markets, competitors, healthcare systems, customers and pharmacy channels.
• Segment healthcare professionals and institutions and create efficient territory plans.
• Conduct professional product detailing and communicate accurate product information.
• Build responsible, sustainable relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
• Record field activities, outcomes and market intelligence accurately.
• Support customer requests and relevant educational or service initiatives.
• Follow WHO International Code requirements, Nestlé instructions and local codes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical science, medicine, nutrition, biology or a similar discipline.
• 2–4 years of medical delegate or comparable healthcare field experience in the UAE.
• Experience with pediatric products in the private sector is required.
• Valid driving licence and access to a car.
• Very good to fluent English and strong communication skills.
