Key Responsibilities

• Lead the goods flow team and support efficient daily logistics operations.
• Balance inbound and outbound volumes by considering available space, equipment and people.
• Ensure goods-flow activities comply with IKEA policies, internal regulations and local health, safety, security and environmental requirements.
• Provide goods-flow input and feedback to logistics action plans and support implementation.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3 years of experience in goods flow and supply chain management.
• Knowledge of retail operations.
• Advanced computer skills including MS Office and Navision.
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience managing a fast-paced environment with a continuous-improvement focus.
