Maintenance Technician (Meat Processing Unit) | Everyday Goods – Manufacturing

We are seeking a capable and motivated professional for the Maintenance Technician (Meat Processing Unit) | Everyday Goods - Manufacturing position in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will contribute to smooth day-to-day operations, maintain high standards, and work closely with relevant teams to achieve business and service objectives. Key Responsibilities

Support safe and efficient manufacturing operations by completing assigned production, hygiene, machine, maintenance, or food-processing tasks to the required standard. Follow production schedules, operating procedures, quality controls, hygiene requirements, and workplace safety rules. Inspect materials, products, machinery, or work areas and report defects, contamination risks, breakdowns, or other issues promptly. Maintain clean and organized workstations and use tools and equipment correctly. Coordinate with supervisors, technicians, quality teams, and fellow operators to maintain output and minimize downtime. Where applicable, record production information, assist with changeovers, and support continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Relevant manufacturing, food production, machine operation, hygiene, maintenance, or butchery experience is preferred depending on the role. Safety awareness is essential.
• Manufacturing, food safety, equipment operation, hygiene, quality control, preventive maintenance, teamwork are important for success in this role.
• Strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and a professional approach.
• Ability to follow procedures, manage priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
