Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cocktails and other drinks to menu specifications while responding appropriately to guest preferences.
- Stay informed about beverage trends, locally relevant offerings and new drink ideas.
- Act as a welcoming host, building rapport and communicating confidently with guests.
- Manage orders accurately and coordinate timing with team members during busy periods.
- Maintain bar presentation, equipment cleanliness and safe handling of glassware and ingredients.
- Monitor supplies, rotate stock and communicate purchasing or replenishment needs to the supervisor.
- Follow hotel procedures and applicable rules governing beverage service and guest safety.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in bartending or beverage service is relevant.
- Creativity, product curiosity and a strong service mindset are important.
- Candidates should communicate naturally, work efficiently and take care with presentation.
- Knowledge of bar hygiene, stock handling and responsible service is expected.
