Relationship Specialist Mortgage

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank is seeking a Relationship Specialist – Mortgage to develop and manage customer relationships and support the growth of mortgage business in Dubai. The role is focused on providing relevant financial guidance, strengthening existing relationships, acquiring quality new customers and delivering agreed financial targets. The successful candidate should understand mortgage products, customer needs and the importance of consistent service and process compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer relationships by providing appropriate advice and guidance based on individual needs.
• Grow sustainable revenue from existing customers while acquiring quality new clients.
• Build structured relationship plans for existing and prospective customers by anticipating needs and identifying opportunities to increase wallet share.
• Deliver agreed mortgage volumes and financial targets in line with business-unit expectations.
• Maintain accurate and consistent execution of policies, procedures, systems and service standards.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to support smooth customer journeys and timely completion of mortgage-related activities.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and stakeholders throughout the relationship lifecycle.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and business performance through responsive and value-added service.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of relationship-management experience in banking or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
• Good understanding of mortgage products and services.
• Relevant financial or risk certifications such as CFA, FRM, ICA or comparable qualifications are advantageous.
• Strong customer relationship, communication, sales and problem-solving skills.
