Senior Specialist Marketing (UAE Nationals)

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank is looking for a Senior Specialist Marketing to support the planning and delivery of marketing initiatives within Retail Banking. The role covers stakeholder coordination, campaign management, agency and vendor relationships, budget tracking, reporting and performance analysis. The successful candidate will help translate business priorities into well-executed marketing programmes while maintaining brand standards, budget discipline and measurable campaign outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build productive relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies and external partners supporting marketing activities.
• Assist in planning marketing calendars, tracking budgets and reconciling planned activities against actual delivery.
• Support integrated campaigns and communications across statements, newsletters, offers and other customer channels.
• Prepare clear marketing and creative briefs and coordinate agencies on deliverables, timelines and commercial requirements.
• Oversee campaign rollouts, including product stands, kiosks, sales collateral and other activation activities.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights and campaign performance to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Track KPIs and prepare weekly updates, management presentations and end-of-campaign performance reports.
• Manage approved suppliers and help ensure marketing activities follow procurement and operational procedures.

Requirements

• UAE Nationals only.
• At least 5 years of marketing experience with a reputable organisation.
• Bachelor’s degree; a diploma in Marketing and Advertising is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of marketing fundamentals and digital marketing platforms and strategies.
• Experience preparing marketing briefs and delivering marketing initiatives.
• Strong Excel, Word and Microsoft Office skills.
• Creative problem-solving ability with strong collaboration, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
