Electrician

The Electrician installs, maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots electrical systems in assigned residential and commercial properties. The role supports safe and reliable building operations by responding to faults, carrying out corrective maintenance, checking equipment condition, and documenting service activity in line with quality and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair lighting fixtures, electrical panels, outlets, wiring, and related equipment.
• Investigate day-to-day electrical faults and restore systems with an appropriate and timely repair.
• Carry out corrective work and respond to emergency maintenance calls when assigned.
• Inspect electrical equipment and accessories to ensure they are being used and maintained safely.
• Keep service records and note repairs, issues, and costs for future reference.
• Report access, equipment, or safety concerns and communicate progress to the relevant team.
• Follow quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures for every maintenance task.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Up to two years of relevant UAE experience.
• Strong understanding of AC/DC and single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and single-line diagrams.
• Ability to use electrical testing and measuring instruments and identify faults methodically.
• Commitment to safe working practices and accurate maintenance records.
