Job Overview

This is a technical and engineering opportunity for a professional seeking to contribute to safe, reliable and efficient industrial operations. The position requires strong technical knowledge, structured problem solving and the ability to work closely with operations, maintenance, engineering, quality and other stakeholders. The successful candidate will be expected to follow established procedures, maintain accurate technical records and support continuous improvement while meeting applicable safety, quality and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• lead laboratory quality and management-system activities, maintain quality procedures, coordinate audits and corrective actions, monitor compliance, manage laboratory documentation and support continual improvement of testing and analytical processes.
• Review technical information, reports, drawings, specifications and operational data relevant to assigned responsibilities.
• Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, suppliers and specialist teams when technical support or corrective action is required.
• Maintain accurate engineering documentation, inspection records, reports, procedures and performance information.
• Investigate technical problems, identify root causes and recommend practical corrective or preventive actions.
• Monitor compliance with approved engineering, quality, safety and operational requirements.
• Support audits, inspections, reviews, improvement projects and other activities related to operational reliability and risk reduction.
• Promote safe working practices and immediately escalate significant technical, safety or compliance concerns.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, laboratory science, quality management or a related discipline, with relevant laboratory quality or management-system experience. Knowledge of ISO-based laboratory standards, audits, documentation, root-cause analysis and corrective actions is preferred.

• Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical matters clearly.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant engineering, maintenance, quality or technical systems.
