SR. ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Support project teams by delivering and checking electrical engineering work for industrial or energy facilities. The role combines design and technical-document review with coordination of field activities, contractor interfaces and engineering queries to help deliver compliant work safely and to agreed cost, schedule and quality requirements.

The role requires collaboration across relevant teams, accurate documentation and early escalation of risks that may affect safety, quality or delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare or review technical specifications, calculations, drawings and engineering documentation.
• Check contractor submissions against approved scope, applicable standards and project requirements.
• Participate in technical meetings and coordinate interfaces with instrumentation, control and other disciplines.
• Support site surveys, construction queries, testing, commissioning and resolution of electrical issues.
• Maintain action logs, document changes and communicate technical risks that could affect delivery.

Requirements and Experience

• Relevant senior engineering experience in an oil and gas, power or industrial project environment is important.
• Applicants should be familiar with electrical design standards, technical review and site execution activities.
• Strong coordination, reporting and problem-solving skills are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent recognized qualification
