Introduction

Abu Dhabi University invites applications for a Visiting Full/Associate Professor position in the program Master of Engineering Management to start in the Fall semester of Academic Year 2025/26. Applicants must demonstrate strong teaching and scholarly achievements in the areas of operations research and simulations.

The Master of Engineering Management serves graduate students who are professionals and seek to advance on the corporate ladder. The program is seeking applicants who meet the following selection criteria:

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering/Operations Research earned from an internationally recognized and accredited university.
• Preferably focus areas include Operations Research & Management, Simulation Modeling & Simulation-based Optimization, Lean Six Sigma Systems, Production Controls and Economics, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Risk Management & Financial Analysis
• A demonstrated record of excellence in teaching and scholarship
• A strong research portfolio with publications in reputable, high-impact journals and conferences.
• Experience working in multicultural academic environments.
• Excellent communication skills and a collegial attitude.
• Commitment to academic diversity, innovation, and a learner-centered approach.
• Familiarity with modern teaching technologies and an understanding of the evolving demands of engineering education.
