Marketing Executive

Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights is seeking a Marketing Executive to support campaigns and communications that strengthen the hotel’s visibility and guest engagement. The role includes coordinating promotional activity, updating digital content, supporting social media and monitoring online feedback. The successful candidate will be organized, creative and able to balance brand consistency with timely execution across several marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of hotel marketing campaigns, promotions and seasonal activities.
• Create or update content for the hotel website, social media channels, email campaigns and other marketing materials.
• Help schedule social posts and respond to comments or routine online messages in a professional manner.
• Monitor guest feedback on online reputation platforms and coordinate responses or follow-up as appropriate.
• Track campaign performance and prepare straightforward reports on engagement and results.
• Coordinate with hotel departments, media contacts, partners and local businesses to support marketing opportunities.
• Ensure promotional materials follow brand guidelines and reflect the hotel’s positioning and services.

Requirements

• Strong writing, communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort working across digital channels and managing several tasks at once.
• Attention to detail, a creative mindset and the ability to interpret basic campaign results.

Qualifications and Skills

A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field is useful. Previous experience in hospitality marketing, social media or content coordination is advantageous. Candidates should be comfortable using office tools and digital publishing platforms.
