About the Role
As a Lead Concept Architect, reporting to the Head of Concept–Residential, you will spearhead the design and development of innovative architectural concepts. You will play a key role in shaping iconic projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that creative visions translate into functional, aesthetic, and sustainable architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual design phase, developing visionary architectural strategies and ideas
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and translate them into compelling designs
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and designers for cohesive project development
• Oversee the production of detailed architectural drawings, models, and presentations
• Stay updated with industry trends, applying innovative technologies and sustainable practices
• Mentor junior architects and design staff, providing leadership and guidance
• Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback into final concepts
• Develop and present high-quality 3D models and renderings using 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar tools

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
• 10–15 years of proven architectural design experience
• Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar rendering software
• Strong background in design studios, consultancies, or similar creative environments
• Excellent communication, presentation, and team leadership skills
