Associate Manager, Demand & Supply Planning – Temp

A temporary demand and supply planning management role in Jeddah supporting consensus demand plans and end-to-end supply-chain efficiency. The position coordinates commercial and operational stakeholders to maintain product availability, freshness, inventory efficiency and service levels while supporting category growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead bottom-up consensus demand planning for assigned categories.
• Coordinate the 18-month planning horizon through MBPC and related alignment meetings.
• Work with sales, marketing, category and supply stakeholders to reconcile assumptions.
• Monitor demand drivers, market dynamics, channel priorities and category ambitions.
• Identify risks to availability, freshness, inventory and service levels.
• Support supply planning decisions and escalate constraints or opportunities.
• Maintain planning data, reports and meeting outputs accurately.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of forecasting and planning processes.

Requirements

• Relevant bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, economics or a related discipline.
• Experience in demand planning, supply planning, forecasting or FMCG is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work with planning systems, data and business forecasts.
• Comfortable working across commercial and operational functions.
