Support Engineer (D365 & SOP)

Key Responsibilities

Maintain attention to security, data quality, system performance, and change-control requirements. Use appropriate platforms, programming languages, enterprise applications, analytics tools, or support methodologies relevant to the role. Track deliverables, communicate progress clearly, and identify opportunities to automate, simplify, or improve technology-enabled business processes.

Requirements

• A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience is expected, with practical knowledge of the technologies, platforms, or business domain associated with the position.
• Technology, systems support, data analysis, software development, ERP, troubleshooting, stakeholder management are important for success in this role.
