Assistant Store Manager

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Assistant Store Manager to support delivering strong store performance, customer service and operational standards within Majid Al Futtaim’s retail and lifestyle businesses. The position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is structured as a full-time opportunity. The role carries accountability for store performance, customer experience, people leadership, stock, compliance and profitability. The successful candidate should be dependable, organized and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders while maintaining high standards of accuracy, service, compliance and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and support customers throughout the shopping journey.
• Achieve assigned sales, service or operational targets through disciplined execution and customer-focused selling.
• Maintain merchandising, stock availability, store presentation, cash or stock-control standards as applicable to the role.
• Monitor performance indicators and identify practical actions to improve sales, productivity, availability and customer satisfaction.
• Follow company policies covering security, health and safety, compliance, cash handling and loss prevention.
• Work collaboratively with store teams and managers, sharing customer feedback and escalating operational issues when required.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or an equivalent qualification appropriate to the position.
• Typical relevant experience: 5 - 8 Years; candidates should review the employer's requirements for the exact role.
