Manager, Legal is an opportunity to contribute to the day-to-day work of Majid Al Futtaim in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Legal Manager provides practical legal support to business teams, helping manage legal risk and keep commercial activity aligned with applicable laws, contractual commitments and internal policies. Key Responsibilities
- Review, prepare and support negotiation of contracts, notices, correspondence and other legal documents relevant to the business.
- Provide clear legal advice on operational questions, commercial proposals, disputes and potential risks within the assigned remit.
- Coordinate with external counsel, internal stakeholders and relevant authorities where specialist advice or formal action is required.
- Monitor legal issues, deadlines, documentation and changes that may affect business activity.
- Support consistent legal processes, maintain matter records and help teams understand the practical impact of legal requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Relevant legal education and experience supporting commercial, corporate, property or operational legal matters.
- Strong legal analysis, drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to balance legal risk with practical business needs and manage confidential information carefully.
