Manager - Legal | Emirati Talent is an opportunity to contribute to the day-to-day work of Majid Al Futtaim in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Legal Manager supports business teams with legal advice and documentation while helping identify, manage and reduce legal risk. The role works with internal stakeholders and external advisers to support compliant, commercially practical decisions across the assigned business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and prepare legal documents, contracts, notices and correspondence relevant to assigned matters.
- Provide practical advice on legal questions, contractual risks and business issues within the role’s scope.
- Coordinate external counsel and internal stakeholders on complex matters, disputes or regulatory questions.
- Track legal matters and deadlines, preserve accurate records and follow established approval processes.
- Help business teams understand legal obligations and adopt consistent approaches to risk and documentation.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Relevant legal education and experience in commercial, corporate, property or operational legal support.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, analysis and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to exercise sound judgement and protect confidential information.
