Description
Transguard Group is seeking a Senior Regional Manager – Total Facilities Management at its DAFZA headquarters in Dubai. The position oversees and optimizes Hard and Soft Facilities Management contracts, with responsibility for strategic planning, budgets, P&L performance, resources, teams, assets, mobilization, demobilization, client satisfaction, retention, and organic portfolio growth. The role requires broad experience across structured TFM environments and the ability to manage multiple complex contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operational and service delivery performance across Hard and Soft FM contracts.
- Maintain contract profitability against agreed margins and identify organic revenue-growth opportunities.
- Review expenses for materials, consumables, subcontractors, accommodation, transportation, vehicles, and other operating costs.
- Optimize and cross-utilize resources to strengthen contract profitability.
- Lead strategic planning, budgeting, resource management, asset management, mobilization, and demobilization.
- Maintain strong client relationships and support high service standards and retention.
- Manage multiple FM contracts across varied property and operational environments.
- Use reporting tools and dashboards to monitor performance and support management decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree in Facilities Management preferred.
- 15+ years in structured Total Facilities Management contract management and service delivery, including 8+ years in managerial roles overseeing multiple contracts.
- Experience across diverse facilities such as residential, commercial, retail, warehouses, banking, data centres, malls, universities, schools, and master communities.
- Strong commercial, P&L, strategic planning, reporting, HSE, and communication skills.
- Valid driving licence and familiarity with Power BI dashboards are required or advantageous per the role criteria.
