Director – Market Access (Distribution)

The Director of Market Access (Distribution) leads strategies that improve product availability, commercial reach, and access through distribution channels. The role develops partnerships, evaluates market conditions, and aligns pricing, channel strategy, and commercial priorities to support sustainable growth. The position is based in UAE unless otherwise confirmed during recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop market access and distribution strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, channel partners, customers, and relevant stakeholders.
• Evaluate pricing, market dynamics, channel performance, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead commercial planning, negotiations, forecasts, and performance reviews across distribution activities.
• Collaborate with sales, regulatory, finance, supply chain, and marketing teams to address access barriers and improve execution.

Requirements and Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, pharmacy, economics, or a related field is relevant; advanced study may be advantageous. Candidates should bring senior commercial or market access experience, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and the ability to lead teams and manage strategic partnerships.
