Lead the Home category with ownership of category strategy, P&L and growth. Develop assortment, pricing and sourcing plans, manage seller and vendor relationships, work across marketplace and retail models, analyse large datasets, identify growth opportunities, and partner with product, marketing, operations, customer service and other teams to improve the shopping experience. Lead and develop account-management and business-development talent. This opportunity is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and is offered by noon.

Job Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of category management or buying experience in ecommerce/q-commerce, strong Excel and analytical skills, AOP/business-planning experience, vendor management and commercial negotiation capability.
• Home, furniture, hardlines, private-label or direct-sourcing exposure is beneficial.
