Assistant Manager, Commercial Development – Emirati Talent (Part Time)

A part-time commercial development position in Dubai focused on category growth, channel and customer planning and commercial execution. Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to Integrated Commercial Planning for assigned categories and markets.
• Align customer plans with category, channel and country priorities.
• Apply Strategic Revenue Management principles to identify commercial opportunities.
• Support multi-channel category strategy and customer growth initiatives.
• Develop customer relationships through understanding of customer needs and missions.
• Execute channel plans at the point of purchase and ensure category requirements are addressed.
• Use research and market insights to strengthen commercial recommendations and plans.

Requirements

• Emirati Talent opportunity; UAE nationality requirement applies.
• 2–3 years of commercial experience in sales or marketing with evidence of results.
• Understanding of consumer needs, trends and customer missions.
• Knowledge of out-of-home channels such as business and industry, hotels, catering and QSR is useful.
• Good commercial understanding of pricing, promotions and customer planning.
