Senior Marketing Associate

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Senior Marketing Associate to support executing marketing, branding, content or training initiatives that strengthen customer engagement and commercial performance. The position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is structured as a full-time opportunity. The role supports marketing calendars, campaigns, content, stakeholder coordination, reporting and brand consistency. The role supports branding and communications initiatives across assigned properties/assets and markets. The successful candidate should be dependable, organized and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders while maintaining high standards of accuracy, service, compliance and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of campaigns, content, brand initiatives or learning programmes against agreed calendars.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors and business stakeholders to keep deliverables on time.
• Prepare content, reports, presentations, trackers or training materials using approved brand and communication standards.
• Monitor campaign, content, training or engagement performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records, approvals, assets and documentation while protecting brand consistency.
• Stay aware of customer trends, digital channels and relevant market developments to support effective execution.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or an equivalent qualification appropriate to the position.
• Typical relevant experience: 3 - 5 Years; candidates should review the employer's requirements for the exact role.
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Microsoft Office and digital-tool proficiency
• Creative and analytical thinking
