Job Overview

Manage delinquent accounts and support recovery objectives by engaging customers, monitoring early-warning indicators and maintaining compliant collection practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an allocated delinquent-account portfolio against collection and recovery targets.
• Monitor early-warning indicators and support proactive risk-mitigation activity.
• Contact customers through approved channels to encourage account regularization.
• Maintain accurate collection records and follow approved procedures.
• Resolve customer queries professionally and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Support process-improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
• Work with internal stakeholders to achieve customer and portfolio outcomes.
• Maintain confidentiality, ethical conduct and compliance with banking policies.

Candidate Requirements

• UAE National with Family Book.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of Collections & Recovery or related banking/customer-service experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work to targets and manage multiple priorities.
