Senior Implementation Officer (FTC)

The Senior Implementation Officer manages technical implementation of Transaction Banking electronic channels and related services for Corporate and Institutional Banking clients. The work includes web and mobile channels, host-to-host connectivity, API banking, cheque-clearing solutions, liquidity services, corporate cheque printing, SWIFT and online trade services. The officer helps ensure that each client implementation is completed smoothly and that users can access the services they need. This is a fixed-term contractual role. Delivery is measured in part by the number of clients successfully implemented and live on transactions. The officer should maintain communication with customers and internal stakeholders so that technical readiness, testing and service handover are completed in a controlled way.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate technical implementation of electronic banking channels for corporate and institutional clients.
• Work on API Banking and host-to-host file delivery using standard protocols such as Connect:Direct and SFTP.
• Support ICCS, liquidity management, smartTRADE, corporate cheque printing and SWIFT for Corporates implementations.
• Coordinate client testing, connectivity checks and readiness activities before a service is made live.
• Provide guidance and training to first-time users and help them understand the service workflow.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and keep implementations on schedule.
• Support relevant UAE payment services, including UAEFTS, UAEWPS, local authority pension payments and UAEDDS.

Qualifications and Requirements

• No mandatory degree or minimum experience period is specified.
• Experience with electronic banking channels, corporate client implementation or transaction-banking technology would be relevant.
• The role requires the ability to work with technical integration processes and client-facing implementation activity.
