Associate Vice President – Payments Processing Hub

Job Overview

Lead the end-to-end payments processing function, ensuring accurate, controlled and timely execution of high-volume payments while improving operational efficiency and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end processing of payment transactions within agreed service levels.
• Maintain strong controls over payment authorization, processing, validation and reconciliation.
• Coordinate Oracle ERP activities and payment-related systems.
• Manage stakeholders and vendors supporting payment processing.
• Monitor transaction volumes, service levels, exceptions and operational performance.
• Prepare MIS and management reporting for payment operations.
• Lead and develop teams, establish performance standards and support capability building.
• Identify automation and process-improvement opportunities and support transformation initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Payments Operations in a large organization.
• Experience managing more than 2,000 transactions per month and payment values above AED 30 million.
• Strong exposure to banking payment operations and financial-control environments.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, reporting and operational-management skills.
