Associate Vice President – CASA & Deposits Product Manager

Job Overview

Manage and grow the Retail Liabilities portfolio covering CASA, fixed deposits and everyday banking products through customer insight, pricing, analytics, campaigns and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support portfolio growth and profitability across CASA, fixed deposits and everyday banking products.
• Analyze customer behavior, pricing, competitor propositions and market trends.
• Develop business cases for product initiatives, campaigns and promotions.
• Evaluate commercial viability, customer value and expected portfolio impact.
• Support product reviews, policy updates, approval papers and governance documentation.
• Monitor acquisition, balance growth, engagement and profitability indicators.
• Use data and analytical tools to identify opportunities for product and customer improvement.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure regulatory and operational requirements are met.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or related qualification; MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years in product or portfolio management and governance.
• Banking-industry experience.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach, interpersonal communication and customer-centric mindset.
• Familiarity with data-analytics tools and AI-enabled analysis is advantageous.
