Assistant Manager – Business Planning, Islamic Banking ( UAE National )

Job Overview

Support Islamic Banking growth through segment analytics, management reporting, performance tracking and strategic initiatives that improve customer acquisition, retention, product penetration and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer segments and portfolios to identify growth drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and performance reports for business leaders.
• Monitor KPIs covering acquisition, retention, product penetration and profitability.
• Prepare management scorecards and performance updates against strategy, budget and growth targets.
• Translate analysis into practical recommendations for customer journeys and digital adoption.
• Support Islamic Banking growth and transformation projects.
• Conduct market, competitor and customer research and coordinate project milestones.
• Work with stakeholders to monitor outcomes and support implementation.

Candidate Requirements

• UAE National.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Banking, Data Analytics or related field.
• 3–5 years in strategy, business analytics, growth, product analytics, financial analysis or banking analytics.
• Retail or Islamic Banking experience preferred.
• Strong data interpretation, presentation and business-recommendation skills.
