Sales Coordinator ( Abu Dhabi ) – UAEN Only

Emirates Islamic is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the end-to-end processing of Personal Finance buyout cases. The role coordinates with branches, sales teams, employers, internal operations and external banks to keep cases moving toward timely closure. The position focuses on accurate documentation, salary-transfer requirements, clearance letters, Manager's Cheque processes and case tracking. The successful candidate will be organized, responsive and comfortable managing several stakeholders while maintaining agreed turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned Personal Finance buyout cases and follow them through to closure within agreed turnaround times.
• Coordinate Manager's Cheque issuance, delivery and cancellation activities and follow up on related requirements.
• Track clearance letters, salary-transfer documentation and other case conditions needed for completion.
• Liaise with branches, Tanfeeth, sales teams, employers and external banks to resolve pending actions.
• Maintain accurate MIS reports, case trackers and supporting records for management visibility.
• Ensure required documents are collected, checked and submitted to the appropriate processing teams on time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least one year of banking experience.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Strong coordination, communication and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
