Assistant Manager-Cash Management Services Abu Dhabi (Emiratisation)

Transguard Group is recruiting an Assistant Manager – Cash Management Services for Abu Dhabi under its Emiratisation programme. The role supports the Operations Manager and helps coordinate Cash Management Centre operations, administration, staffing, client service, audits, controls, and system improvements. The position supports continuous operations across two cash centres serving Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and the Western Region and requires strong operational discipline in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, organization, and coordination of cash-centre operations and administrative activities.
• Help manage budgets, forecasts, operational costs, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with clients and resolve operational issues that affect service continuity.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly customer reports and support audit requirements.
• Supervise cash-centre operations and ensure orders and instructions are followed.
• Support recruitment, performance evaluation, training, motivation, and team development.
• Conduct regular audits and strengthen operational controls and risk management.
• Support analytical frameworks for financing tools and working-capital decisions.
• Develop and review KPI metrics and reporting and encourage process automation.

Requirements

• Emirati candidate with Family Book.
• 5–8 years of experience in cash management centres and banking operations.
• Experience handling high cash volumes, ATM operations, investigations, security measures, and team management.
• Strong communication, organization, relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
