Description
The Payroll Associate – CRO supports employee banking services and related customer relationship activities. The role responds to staff account enquiries, assists with account documentation and supports financing and covered-card requests, while maintaining accurate records and a responsive service experience. This particular vacancy is restricted to UAE Nationals.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle employee enquiries relating to staff accounts, deposits and routine banking services.
- Support account opening, maintenance and closure using required forms and due diligence checks.
- Respond to financing and covered-card enquiries and help maintain complete customer files.
- Review application documentation and enter or update information accurately in bank systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on approvals, missing documents and service issues.
- Support reporting and service quality activities and assist with the training or guidance of junior colleagues where assigned.
- Follow applicable KYC, Central Bank and internal operational requirements when handling employee records.
Requirements and Qualifications
