Key Responsibilities

• supporting compliance oversight within wealth management, reviewing policies and controls, conducting monitoring activities, escalating exceptions, maintaining compliance records, and helping business teams understand applicable requirements.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation and system updates while protecting confidential customer and business information.
• Follow internal policies, operational procedures, risk controls and applicable regulatory requirements relevant to the assigned function.
• Work closely with colleagues and other departments to resolve queries, complete requests and meet agreed service levels.
• Prepare or contribute to reports, trackers, management information and other documentation required by the team.
• Identify process gaps, errors or exceptions and escalate matters appropriately to the responsible stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive customer and employee experience.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, law, business, compliance or a related field with relevant banking or financial-services compliance experience. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, risk controls, documentation and stakeholder communication is expected.

• Good written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach to stakeholder interaction.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and work effectively in a regulated banking environment.
