UAE National Fire Service Programme

Dubai Airports is inviting UAE Nationals to join its Airport Fire Service development programme. The programme is designed for motivated candidates who want to build a long-term career in airport firefighting and contribute to the safety of passengers, colleagues and airport operations. Successful participants will follow a structured training pathway before taking up duties as trained Airport Fire Fighters. The development plan begins with a nine-week English language course, followed by nine weeks of Basic Fire Fighter Training. Ongoing learning and development are also part of the programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and complete the nine-week English language training course to strengthen the communication skills needed for the role.
• Successfully participate in the nine-week Basic Fire Fighter Training programme and develop the core knowledge and practical abilities required for airport fire service duties.
• Apply the training received when carrying out duties as a trained Airport Fire Fighter.
• Work as part of the airport fire service team and contribute to the readiness of the service to support safe airport operations.
• Take part in continuous learning and professional development to maintain and improve operational capability.

Requirements

• Applicants must be UAE Nationals.
• A basic command of the English language is required to participate in the training programme and communicate in the workplace.
• A valid driving licence is required.
• Candidates should be dedicated, career-focused and interested in developing a long-term career in airport fire services.

Training and Career Development

The programme combines language development with specialist firefighter training. After completing both nine-week stages, participants are prepared to begin working as trained Airport Fire Fighters. Continued development is provided to support learning and progression within the Fire Service team.
