First Officer (Type Rated)

About the Role

flydubai is looking for a First Officer (Type Rated) to join our flight deck team. As Second in Command, you'll support the Captain in ensuring every flight runs safely and efficiently, across both normal operations and non-normal situations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the Captain in ensuring flights are operated safely and efficiently
• Represent the airline as a brand ambassador, maintaining high standards of discipline, conduct, and appearance while on duty
• Take responsibility for the duty of care and welfare of crew and passengers
• Assist the Commander with fueling, baggage/cargo loading, and aircraft servicing
• Follow the procedures set out in flydubai's Operations Manuals precisely

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma
• Type rating on B737-300 to 900 (NG/EFIS) endorsed within the last 24 months, with at least 1,500 hours total flying time and 500 hours on B737-300 to 900 (NG/EFIS) aircraft
• Fluent English
• Strong customer focus, teamwork, and communication skills
• Personal accountability, resilience, and a can-do attitude
• Sound decision-making ability, especially under pressure
