Supervisor – Workshop

The Supervisor - Workshop coordinates workshop activities so repair and maintenance jobs are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality. The role involves allocating work, monitoring technicians, tracking progress and keeping the workshop organized. Key Responsibilities

• Allocate jobs to technicians according to workload, capability and required completion times.
• Monitor repair progress and address parts, technical or scheduling issues that cause delays.
• Check work quality and confirm required inspections or documentation are completed.
• Maintain housekeeping, equipment care and compliance with workshop safety requirements.
• Communicate status and outstanding issues to service advisers or management.

Requirements and Qualifications

Candidates should have relevant workshop or technical operations experience and the ability to guide a team. Strong organization, practical judgement, quality awareness and clear communication are important.
