Al Tayer Group is seeking a Service Advisor in Dubai to support customers using its automotive aftersales services. The role acts as a link between vehicle owners and the workshop, recording service concerns, explaining work requirements and keeping customers informed while coordinating repair progress and vehicle handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand the vehicle concerns or service requirements they report.
- Record information accurately and arrange the appropriate service or workshop assessment.
- Explain recommended work, costs or timing in a clear and professional manner.
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop colleagues to monitor repair progress.
- Keep customers updated about delays, completion times and any additional requirements.
- Complete service documentation and support a smooth vehicle collection and handover process.
Requirements
