Service Technician

We are seeking talented Automotive Technicians to join Tesla’s Service Centers. As a Service Technician, you are the foundation of Tesla’s service operation—playing a critical role in our mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. Tesla vehicles are among the most innovative ever made, and we need technicians who can deliver equally exceptional service.

What You’ll Do

• Service, Repair, and Improve
  Perform maintenance and repairs on all Tesla vehicle models using Tesla-specific software, diagnostic tools, and equipment.
• Ensure Top Quality
  Work to the highest quality standards—“fix it right the first time”—by inspecting vehicles thoroughly both before delivery and after service.
• Collaborate
  Work closely with local and regional teams to share knowledge, improve processes, and enhance the overall service experience.
• Develop
  Receive training from Tesla’s in-house training teams to master Tesla-specific technologies and electric vehicle systems.

What You’ll Bring

• Technical Experience
  Hands-on experience in service and repair—whether in automotive, aviation, marine, or a related technical field.
• Technical Qualification
  Certifications related to vehicle repair are desirable, but not mandatory.
• Strong Communication Skills
  Proficient in English—both spoken and written—with the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with teammates and customers.
• Valid Driver’s License
  Must possess a valid GCC full driver’s license.
• Flexibility
  Willing to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and evenings, and to travel for mobile repair assignments if required.
