The Team Leader – Wardrobe & Costume manages daily costume and wardrobe operations at Real Madrid World. The role ensures costumes are clean, repaired, fitted, organised and ready for performers and activities. It also maintains inventory, coordinates schedules and supports team development while working with stage management, performers, attendants and external providers.
Dubai Holding Entertainment seeks a dependable professional who can work collaboratively, exercise good judgement and help improve results over time. Solutions should be useful, secure and measurable, with appropriate human oversight and a clear understanding of data limitations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily workflow of the wardrobe and costume department, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
- Oversee cleaning, repairs, alterations, fittings and quality checks for costumes and wardrobe items.
- Guide, train and motivate team members and coordinate schedules, breaks, leave and task assignments.
- Maintain accurate costume inventory and keep storage areas organised and accessible.
- Coordinate with supervisors, stage management, performers, seamstresses, attendants and external vendors.
- Resolve wardrobe issues promptly and maintain consistent presentation and readiness standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Relevant experience in costume, wardrobe, garment care, tailoring or a similar operational role.
- Ability to coordinate a small team and organise daily work to meet show or attraction schedules.
- Knowledge of costume maintenance, repairs, fitting and inventory control.
- Strong communication, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a live entertainment environment and respond to changing operational needs.
