UX/UI Designer

The UX/UI Designer develops customer-focused digital experiences across high-scale digital services. The role covers the journey from discovery and design through delivery, launch and ongoing optimisation. The successful candidate will simplify complex transactions, produce intuitive digital flows and work with cross-functional teams to connect customer needs with commercial results. The position also contributes to stronger design systems and the use of data and AI-enabled methods in experience design.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and shape end-to-end user journeys for complex transactional or service-based experiences.
• Translate user needs and business goals into clear interaction flows, interface designs and prototypes.
• Simplify complicated processes into intuitive, accessible and secure digital interactions.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Commercial, Loyalty, Marketing, Operations and Brand teams to deliver coherent experiences.
• Contribute to reusable design systems, governance standards and design best practices across digital touchpoints.
• Use research, analytics and structured experimentation to evaluate designs and improve measurable outcomes.
• Champion usability, accessibility, customer trust and security while adapting to changing priorities across digital domains.

Requirements and Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in UX, UI or product design within large-scale digital environments.
• A portfolio showing ownership from discovery through launch and optimisation.
• Experience designing complex customer journeys and data-driven or AI-enabled digital experiences.
• Strong commercial understanding and the ability to connect design choices to engagement, efficiency and revenue.
• Experience working in Agile environments with engineering teams.
• Experience in e-commerce, travel, loyalty, fintech or other high-conversion platforms is preferred.
