Job Overview

Operate as a First Officer on assigned Airbus A320 flights, supporting the captain in the safe and efficient conduct of each sector. The role includes performing pilot-flying or pilot-monitoring duties, following approved operational procedures and monitoring aircraft systems and flight progress. Strong preparation, accurate records and clear communication with the captain, dispatch and cabin crew are essential to safe operations.

The role operates in a highly regulated environment where preparation, fitness for duty, clear communication and adherence to approved procedures are essential. Applicants should ensure their licences, ratings and recency meet the applicable requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assigned Pilot Flying or Pilot Monitoring duties in accordance with the operations manual.
• Review flight plans, weather, fuel, aircraft status and route information with the captain and dispatch team.
• Monitor aircraft systems, flight progress and operational conditions and report concerns promptly.
• Complete required flight checks, calculations, logbook entries and other flight documentation.
• Assist with abnormal or emergency responses and follow the captain’s instructions and approved procedures.
• Coordinate professionally with flight and cabin crew to support safe, efficient and comfortable journeys.

Requirements
